Russell Owens is an executive coach and a mentor to mentors. A business leader with more than 35 years of experience in large corporations, small companies and his own ventures, he draws on Eastern and Western philosophy and Jungian psychology to help clients build a strong, insightful foundation for personal and professional growth.
My path in business ownership began in college, where I built, ran and eventually sold two highly successful businesses while I was a full-time student. Since then, I have been an independent business owner and leader of several ventures, including a company that facilitated the buying and selling of companies and a negotiation firm that specialized in intellectual property mediation, due diligence and assessments. Over the years, I have built countless leadership teams, created substantial profits, solved innumerable problems and created abundant opportunities. Along the way I gained strong self-knowledge and practical experience, and came to believe it was time to share, teach and mentor others on their path.
Early on, I was given the profound gift of a coach and mentor, Dr. Joseph Schwitter. Dr. Schwitter was a successful businessman and educator from Switzerland, and a former student of Carl Jung. For more than 20 years, he shared with me the wisdom of the great teachers who had guided him.
I have been where you are, and I have mentored and coached many others through challenges like yours.
